Aullis is a beachy, sun-soaked psychedelic metal 4-piece from Santa Cruz, California. Masterminded by lunatic composer Conner Bruce and his studio The Salt Shack, this carousel of insanity pulls inspiration from many different genres of music. For instance, the band cites Tipper and Shpongle as main inspirations for this genre-bending metal. It sounds like Jari was like “Dude, I want to thall” and joined Humanity's Last Breath, but then they went on tour with Spite and did mushrooms together and came back all inspired to make the snare pang harder.Then they met a wizard who was like “You boys ever eat one of theeeeeese??”
Conner is backed by his wife Deanna Bruce on keys, and dear friends Keyhan Moini on bass and Garrett Smart on drums. With each member being a multi-instrumental talent factory, Aullis has agreed henceforth there will be no musical rules or limitations. They plan on releasing a heaping portion of electronic music to go along with what will be one of the most colorful and fast-growing metal catalogues around. This UV clad anti-metal troupe is here to do one thing only. Have fun & stay trippy. I do realize that SOUNDS like two things, but it is the harmonious dance of BOTH having fun & staying trippy that Aullis hopes to accomplish.
